APH Has Two Goals for its Educational Program

• Give the public a better understanding of personal histories and the work of personal historians
• Provide personal historians with high-quality skills training and business education.

Our Educational Offerings Include

• On-site workshops and classes, sometimes with multiple sessions
• Teleconferences, where handouts are sent out in advance and the class is conducted over the telephone
• Webinars, where the class is conducted on the computer, using a login and password provided in advance by the instructor
• Correspondence courses, using prepared materials ordered by the participant from APH or the instructor
